It's a clear challenge for homeowners: Not understanding proposals, contracts, signatures, and execution. As well as the difference between a contract and a proposal.

NMRCA has asked Nathaniel Lenke of our Law firm member company Calvert Menicucci, to update members regarding contracts. He will provide some guidelines to ensuring project documents start our our jobs off on the right foot, and help to resolve questions and disputes when they arise.

Members will have the opportunity to engage in open discussion regarding whatever challenges are presenting themselves, and to ask questions of the Association and their peers that might direct them to solutions to challenges affecting their roofing businesses.

Nathaniel Recently Joined Calvert Menicucci. He has practiced law in NM Since 2014, attended Cal State Northridge, received his Masters in diplomacy and international relations from Seton Hall, and His Juris Doctorate from UNM . He has written briefs and motions for the NM Court of Appeals and we're thrilled to have him as the Calvert Menicucci representative to the NM Roofing Contractors Association.
